🔹 1. Personal Use License

Unless stated otherwise, all items purchased from Prismorra come with a Personal Use License by default.

You CAN:

• Use the product for your projects.
• Download and use on unlimited personal devices.
• Print, edit, or customize for your individual use.

You CANNOT:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the files to others.
• Use the product in any commercial project.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the product or design.

🔹 2. Commercial Use License (If Offered)

Some products may come with or offer an Extended Commercial License.

With a Commercial License, you CAN:

• Use in client projects.
• Use in printed or digital advertisements.
• Sell physical end-products (e.g., printed planners, mugs, shirts) with the design applied.

But you CANNOT:

• Resell or distribute the original digital files.
• Offer the product on other marketplaces or platforms.
• Use the design/logo in a trademarked brand.

Note: If you’re unsure whether a product includes commercial rights, please check the product page description or contact us before using it commercially.

🔹 3. The license is Non-Transferable

Licenses are only granted to the original purchaser. You cannot transfer, gift, or sell your license to someone else.

🔹 4. Unauthorized Use

If you are found violating these terms (e.g., reselling our digital files), Prismorra reserves the right to revoke your access and take legal action if necessary.
